Where do I park? How much does parking cost?
Parking is free, and right next to the Forum at Kapolei High School.
How long does the show run?
Depending on the show, a Junior show runs about 1 hour 20 minutes with intermission. A full length show (usually spring) runs about 2 hours and 20 minutes with intermission.
Can I take pictures during the show?
PACK does not allow photos or video to be taken during performances. This is one of the rules within the contract PACK has signed with the licensing company.
What are the cell phone policies?
Out of courtesy for the performers and other audience members, cell phones should be silenced and there should be no texting during performances.
What age is appropriate for PACK attendance?
PACK shows are appropriate for all ages!
What happens if I arrive at the theatre after the performance has begun?
If the doors are shut please walk around the back side of the forum, towards the concession and they will let you in.
I have a conflict for the date I am scheduled to attend. Can I exchange my tickets?
You are welcome to exchange your tickets up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance. In order to exchange for a new performance date/time, contact the box office at 1-808-664-6161.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are not refundable, however, they are transferable. If you find that you cannot attend the performance for which you have tickets, you may give friends your physical tickets or have them mention your name at will call.
Can I bring food and drink to the performance?
We discourage outdoor food from being brought in. We have an excellent concession stand with many homemade plates, with all proceeds going to the PACK program.
